01. Can we smoke on the bus if we use ash trays?
We have a strict no smoking policy, thank you for complying. Our vehicles are all impeccably detailed to stay clean and fresh, and we'd like to keep them that way. Your chauffeur will be happy to stop for a smoke break.
02. Me and my friends are 18, can we drink?
Unfortunately, if you're under 21, you absolutely cannot drink on our vehicles. If you meet the legal drinking requirements, you can have a blast at our premium bar areas.
03. Are we able to play our own music?
Of course! You'll find you can connect your iPod, smart phone, and some limos have Bluetooth capabilities in our stereo systems. Plug it in and turn it up!
04. Do you provide alcohol?
No, we are not able to provide alcohol for you. However, as long as you are of legal drinking age, you and your friends and/or family are more than welcome to bring your own beverages on board! We do provide the ice to fill the built in bar areas to keep your drinks cold until we drop you off.
05. Can we eat on the bus?
Yes, you may bring food onto our luxury limos and buses. However, since we don't have tables on board, we highly suggest you try to stick to non-messy foods that are easy to eat on the go while being driven by a chauffeur.
06. What happens if we damage something?
Damages are rare, but they are covered in your reservation agreement, ask your booking specialist for the specific policy, but typically you'll need to pay for the repair. We ask that you return our vehicles in the state that they came in.
07. What hours do you provide service to?
We can provide service 24/7! Therefore, if you and your friends are night owls, have no worries. Keep in mind we aren't a taxi service you need to book ahead.
